Interview with the president of the Imam Mahdi

Interview with the president of the Imam Mahdi

First of all, I salute you and thank you for granted availability. To satisfy the curiosity of our readers, could you describe the Imam Mahdi Association and its activities?
First of all, hello to you. Our Association, made up of men and women believers who adhere to the Twelver Shia Islamic school, is committed above all in the religious and cultural identity through the translation, publication and distribution of books, spiritual and intellectual Muslims and no, courses related to Islamic doctrine , organization of public conferences and collaboration with various associations, researchers, teachers and journalists both nationally and internationally. Our headquarters is located in Rome despite counting members and supporters a bit 'all over Italy. We also organize initiatives with social where we believe there is a need. We send out some charitable projects locally and nationally but sometimes promote such initiatives at the international level. For example, we have tried sending food and medicine to the people of Lebanon during the Israeli attempt to invasion of Lebanon in 2006 or for the Pakistani population victim of the flood in the summer of 2010.
What are the positions of the Association about the situation in Syria today?
During my period of study in Syria, I got to know that this country is its people. I have become familiar with a diverse country and incredibly multi-religious and multi-cultural. I met Sunni Muslims, Shiites and Alawites, Christians and Catholics, Orthodox and Armenians. With a few exceptions, present everywhere, no one harbored hostility towards others, despite obvious differences from a purely religious point of view and doctrine. Today, unfortunately, the scenario has totally changed: the mistrust between the various groups has increased, some of my teachers were killed by terrorists while walking down the street or going to the mosque to pray, ordinary people including some who did not care at all about politics. It is a desired situation and intended primarily to Israel Syria still being a sovereign and independent country, and therefore contrary to the expansionist policy of the Zionist entity, and secondly, operated by the United States and its puppets of the West and of the East. We as an Association, before taking positions and making judgments, we have a duty not only to analyze the current situation but also to draw information from direct and reliable.
E 'for this reason that we met with both members of the so-called "Syrian opposition "and with officials of the Syrian government. We then became aware of the fact that at the beginning of the "Arab Spring" some Western countries have promised safety to the Syrian government as long as Damascus tagliasse its ties with the Islamic Republic of Iran to stop supporting the resistance in Palestine and Lebanon and reach its compromise with Israel, not necessarily recognize it as a state but at least open to the idea of living next to this criminal entity. Syria, refusing to accept such requests, it is therefore the victim of a shameful campaign and mass media, and this is not acceptable, beyond whether we like it or not the current structure of the Syrian government.
Describe your vision of Iran by the Association.
Islamic Republic of Iran, as stated in its Constitution, is based on the principle of Tawhid (unity and oneness of God) and this results in an overall significantly different from other republics and monarchies based on principles such as 'democracy' and 'work'. A society that is based on the principle of Tawhid first considers the human being as a being capable of understanding, will and grow both physically and spiritually. The human dignity and nobility are thus preserved in all their aspects. This in principle. Now, of course, the Islamic Republic has had and still has its problems: the period of domestic terrorism incited by the imperialist countries, the war imposed by Saddam propaganda mass media, to the sanctions imposed, increasing in more recent times; thirty-two years of the Revolution were in fact also thirty-two years resistance.
During all these years we have witnessed the entry into the scene of religious men and enormously stubborn believers as well as, unfortunately, there was also "took to the field" personality incompetent or disappointing both in terms of religious politics. Thank God, however, the sum Guide of the Islamic Republic, represented today by Grand Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, succeeds as always, with great daring to balance the propensities of all the souls of the Islamic nation: healthy trees, with the permission of God, bear fruit, rotten ones, however, will remain on the ground.
And the movement Hezbollah in Lebanon?
According to a religious perspective, " Hezbollah ", rather than being a Lebanese political party, is a Qur'anic concept that, in the act practical, is embodied by true believers. The Holy Qur'an says: " Verily your authority is God, your sent and the believers who pray and do charity while bowing with humility. As for the one who chooses to authority God sent His believers and, in truth, is the faction of God [Hezbollah] will have the victory "(5:55-56). According to the commentators of the Holy Quran verse " believers who pray and do charity while they bow "would have referred to Imam Ali ibn Ali Talib, peace be upon him, the only person who, in historical documents, has been demonstrated to make a similar gesture. Who, then, understands and follows the way of divine authority, namely the Guide Right, well, these are the true members of Hezbollah. Hezbollah in Lebanon can be considered as an expression of the "party of God" spoken of in the Holy Qur'an, not only for its function as a stronghold of resistance against imperialism and the Zionist entity in the Arab world, but also to fully understand and follow, as we have said, the Authority and the help from the religious point of view.
What is your opinion on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in the light of recent events in Gaza? And on Hamas ?
Our position with regard to the Zionist entity has always been clear from the beginning. The recent massacres in Gaza are just another demonstration of the real intentions and the true nature of Israel, until proven otherwise, it is anti-Semitic phenomenon in all respects, being the most "citizens" Israelis originally non-Semitic on the other hand Palestinians, as Arabs, have instead Semitic origins, if we can really speak of Semitic peoples in the broad sense.Practically every year occur massacres similar to last happened in Gaza in the troubled land of Palestine and of course our world "civilized and developed" is looking ready to identify as 'terrorist', a minimal reaction to any Palestinian.
course, we Italians have now sold out our nation abroad in exchange for some material advantage of short duration, but we must understand that in the world there are people who do not follow merely some ephemeral pleasure. If Palestine still stands, it means that something in the heart of the Palestinians is still alive: faith, justice, dignity, perseverance ... qualities that unfortunately most of us have forgotten for a long time. We support all Palestinian movements struggling for the establishment of justice in the Holy Land.
enemies of Islam are trying to feed the divisions within the Islamic world, destroy the unity between Sunnis and Shiites and cause discord among some movements Islamic liberation and Syria now in the crosshairs of the imperialists and Zionists. Just events that hit Syria are one of the means that the enemies of the Islamic community are using it to create and nurture divisions in the face of resistance. The same members of the leadership of Hamasfound themselves divided on the Syrian issue: some of them are not in favor of breaking the front of the Resistance in the Middle East, while others are less likely to do so. However, if the Muslims will prevail own faith and reason, and follow the true religious leaders, no evil intent will eventually succeed.
Last question: Italians converted many Muslims have chosen the Shah. How do you explain this phenomenon?
The vast majority of Italians, unfortunately, has lost touch with the spiritual tradition, tradition obviously understood in its most universal and profound, and therefore the "t" capital. Rediscover its roots, not in the physical or geographical, but rather metaphysical and transcendent, leads the Western man, regardless of the cultural baggage that brings with it, to savor the original purity lost but lived long in the past, that contact with the 'eternal and Absolute sought after by every human being, consciously or unconsciously it is. It 's probably this phenomenon what God refers when he says: " And when the Lord took from the loins of Adam's children all their descendants and made them testify of themselves: - I'm not your Lord? -.Answered: - Yes I testify - "(7:172).
Islam is the force that attracts toward the man lost, the "Right Path" that Sura pioneering the sacred Qur'an mentions six centuries before Dante, Islam, as its literal meaning is "surrender" to the will of God and therefore His own statement. For many Italians, the return to Tradition happened clearly and above all full. According to the vision there is always a Shia Imam on earth that embodies the innermost contents of the Holy Qur'an and defends religion from heresies and innovations. This Imam is alive and that is what keeps alive the tradition that transcends culture which remains limited in its legitimacy, by circumstances and space. When a person, by the grace of God, identifies with his own, even for a moment, the contact with the Tradition, it includes the Guide that the Imam is living and that's why he finds himself in the Wake.
